We are small, which means whatever you do here is visible and matters. It also means we cannot offer the structure or the salary bands of a large company, and it would be dishonest to pretend otherwise.
Where we usually need people
- Service technicians Across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, J&K, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and Chandigarh. Geyser installation and repair experience, own transport preferred.
- Field sales Appointing and supporting dealers in a defined territory. Experience in electrical goods distribution counts for far more than a degree.
- Customer care Handling warranty registrations, service requests and complaints. Fluent Hindi and English, and the patience to explain the same thing kindly for the tenth time.
- Accounts and operations GST, dispatch, stock and the daily administration that keeps a small company from falling over.
What it is honestly like here
Early stage. The processes are being written as we go, and you will be asked to do things outside your job title. If that sounds like an opportunity, we will get on. If it sounds like chaos, a larger company will suit you better, and that is a perfectly reasonable choice.
