1. Accepting these terms

This website is operated by NEW GARG ELECTRICALS, Plot No. 373, Industrial Area Phase-2, Chandigarh 160002, which owns and markets the TEJVAAN brand. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. How you may use the site

You are welcome to browse, read, download our published documents, and submit our forms honestly. You must not:

• Submit false information, or register a warranty for a product you did not buy
• Upload an invoice belonging to someone else, or a document you have altered
• Attempt to look up warranty records belonging to other people
• Use automated tools to submit forms, scrape content, or test mobile numbers in bulk
• Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or database you are not authorised to reach
• Upload anything containing a virus or malicious code
• Copy our text, photographs or design for use on another website or in another brand's material

Attempting warranty fraud is not a small thing. It is a criminal offence, and it also takes service capacity away from customers with genuine faults.

3. Accuracy of information

We take care to describe our products accurately. Specifications, capacities, dimensions and features are given in good faith and are correct to the best of our knowledge when published.

We reserve the right to improve our products. Specifications may change without notice, and the product you receive may differ in detail from what is shown here. Product photographs and illustrations are for identification; colour reproduction varies between screens, and finishes may differ slightly from what your display shows.

Where a specification matters to your decision — a dimension for a tight installation space, a pressure rating for a high floor — please confirm it with us in writing before you buy.

4. Prices and availability

• Prices shown are the Maximum Retail Price, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• MRP is a ceiling, not a fixed price. Your dealer may sell for less.
• Prices may change without notice. The price that applies to your purchase is the one on your invoice.
• Listing a product here is not a guarantee that it is in stock in your area.
• Installation is not included in the price unless your invoice says so.

5. Buying our products

This website does not sell products. We display our range, specifications and prices so you can decide, and we put you in touch with a dealer. No payment is taken on this site, and no page here will ever ask you for card or bank details.

Your purchase contract is with the dealer or platform you buy from. Their invoice, and their terms on returns and exchange, govern the sale. Our warranty applies to the product regardless of which authorised dealer sold it.

6. Warranty registration and service

• Registering online is free and voluntary. Your warranty comes from your purchase, not from registration.
• We verify each registration against the invoice you upload. We may reject a registration where the details do not match, and we will tell you why.
• A registration confirmation is not itself a warranty. The warranty terms are the governing document.
• We aim to verify registrations within the time stated on the form, but that is a target and not a contractual commitment.
• Service response times depend on your location and on technician availability in your area.

7. Trademarks and copyright

TEJVAAN, the TEJVAAN logo, the mark used with it and the words "Samay Se Aage" are trademarks of ours. The text, photographs, illustrations, layout and code of this site are our copyright or are used with permission.

You may not use our name, logo or brand assets on your own material, packaging, shopfront or website without our written permission. Authorised dealers are given brand material for that purpose; if you are a dealer and need it, ask us.

Montserrat, the typeface used on this site, is used under the SIL Open Font License.

8. Links to other sites

Where we link to another website — a marketplace listing, a social media page, a map — we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Please read their terms separately.

9. Our liability

We provide this website as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, or free of every error. We are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site, or from your inability to use it, or from reliance on information here that later changes.

Nothing in this section limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that Indian law does not allow us to limit. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected.

If we have not resolved a complaint to your satisfaction, you may contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915, or the consumer commission having jurisdiction over your district.

10. Suspension of access

We may block access from an address that is submitting spam, attempting fraudulent registrations, or trying to reach parts of the system it should not. We may also withdraw or amend any part of this site at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh.
